Mahi Mahi

Mahi fishing in Guam, depending on the season, can begin as early as December and go all the way through late April.  Mahi fishing is usually best in the rougher water and can be fairly windy.  Mahi fishing in Guam can be a lot of fun and they usually travel in schools so the chances of getting a double or triple strike are pretty high.

 

 

Mahi are known as the dolphin fish or the Dorado and put up a great fight and are fun to catch.  Mahi will flip, flop, and jump and try to throw the hook at any cost.  ​
